• TrustedLogin links are generated using the latest encryption algorithms.
• Designed to gracefully degrade if any part of the service goes down: if the TrustedLogin service is not available, a secure login key is generated for the customer to share.
• Authorized support representatives can log in to customer sites using a single link in your help desk.

End-to-end encryption

When a customer clicks the TrustedLogin button, an endpoint is dynamically generated using encrypted values.

They are stored in TrustedLogin’s api.trustedlogin.com database encrypted. We are not able to read any of the data.
